Spectacle Magazine is a monthly pop culture, fashion, and lifestyle magazine. 

Spectacle’s logo uses a bold modified serif typeface to exist as a typemark. This typeface grounds the magazine in the professional, fashion industries. Inspired ,at the time, by the upcoming Oscars, this issue focuses on the Oscar Nominee Kerry Condon as well as other nominated films. 

The experimental use of typography creates visual interest within the spreads. My goal was to create something clean and sophisticated while pushing the envelope of what we have come to expect from editorial design.
